This website (traveliholidays.com and its associated campaign pages, "the Website") is owned and operated by Travel I Holiday. By browsing the Website, spinning the wheel, submitting your details, or using the Refer & Earn feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Use of the Website

• The Website is provided to showcase travel packages and holiday offers, run the Spin & Win activity, and manage our Refer & Earn program.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information (name, mobile number, OTP verification, etc.) when using any form on the Website.
• Any voucher, discount, or reward shown on the Website (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto or similar) is subject to the specific validity period, terms, and availability set at the time of issue, and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
• We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry, spin result, referral, or booking.
• Content, offers, and pricing on the Website are indicative and may change without prior notice.

3. Refer & Earn Program

• Under the Refer & Earn program, you ("Referrer") can invite a friend or family member ("Referred Person") to Travel I Holiday by sharing their name and mobile number through the Website.
• Reward payout condition: the referral reward/voucher is only credited to the Referrer after the Referred Person actually purchases a travel package from Travel I Holiday AND successfully completes the payment for that package. Merely submitting a referral, receiving a call, or the Referred Person showing interest does not qualify for any reward.
• The reward amount or tier (e.g. 1 friend, 2 friends, 3 friends) is as displayed on the Website at the time of referral and may vary from time to time.
• Rewards are issued as coupon/voucher codes and are subject to the coupon's own validity window shown at the time of issue. Expired coupons cannot be reissued or extended.
• A referral will not be counted or rewarded if: the Referred Person is already an existing customer or lead of Travel I Holiday, the referral details are false or duplicate, the booking is later cancelled/refunded in full, or the program is used in a fraudulent or abusive manner (self-referral, fake numbers, bulk/bot submissions, etc.).
• Travel I Holiday reserves the right to verify any referral and booking before releasing a reward, and to withhold or reverse a reward if fraud or misuse is suspected.
• We may modify, pause, or discontinue the Refer & Earn program, its reward structure, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.

4. Spin & Win Activity

The Spin & Win wheel is a promotional activity offered for engagement purposes. Rewards won through the spin are subject to the coupon validity period shown at the time of winning and may be limited to one spin per verified mobile number.

5. Payments & Bookings

Any package booking and payment made by you or a person you refer is governed separately by our booking and payment terms shared at the time of booking. Travel I Holiday is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or issues arising from third-party payment gateways or banks.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Website and its offers, rewards, and vouchers are provided on an "as is" basis. Travel I Holiday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, the Spin & Win activity, or the Refer & Earn program.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our offers or policies. Continued use of the Website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
