All bookings made through our website or team will be considered final only after full or partial payment is completed.
Prices are subject to change based on availability, seasonal demand, currency fluctuation, and supplier terms.
The traveler must ensure that all personal details, passport information, and contact details shared with us are accurate.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
For flight bookings, fare is valid only at the moment of quotation. Fares may be subject to change based on availability, seasonal demand, currency fluctuation, and the airline’s terms.
Hotel and tour reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The customer will be notified in case of unavailability, and alternatives will be provided.
Payments must be made as per the schedule shared by Travel i Holidays.
Failure to pay within the given timeline may lead to cancellation of services by suppliers.
All payments must be made through approved methods: UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateways, or credit/debit cards.
Any additional bank charges or payment gateway fees must be borne by the customer.
The traveler is responsible for providing valid identification, passport, visa documents, and travel insurance where required.
Travel i Holidays does not guarantee visa approval; the decision solely lies with the consulate/embassy.
No refunds are applicable for visa rejections, unless otherwise stated.
Package inclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary.
Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” will be considered as an additional cost.
Special requests (Early check-in/late check-out, room upgrades, meal changes, etc.) depend on availability and may incur extra charges.
Refunds may be issued in cases where:
The service has not been initiated by our team.
The customer has made a duplicate payment.
A service cannot be processed due to reasons attributable to Travel i Holidays.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The application has already been submitted to an embassy/consulate.
Delay or rejection is caused by the embassy, travel history, documentation issues, or customer error.
The customer cancels the service after it has been partially or fully processed.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within:
5–7 business days for online payments
7–10 business days for bank transfers
(Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.)

Approved refunds will be returned to the original mode of payment.
Any changes to bookings (dates, hotels, flights, passenger details) are subject to availability and additional charges.

Travel i Holidays is not liable for any loss, delay, medical emergency, or baggage issues during travel.
Travel i Holidays is not responsible for:
Delays or cancellations by airlines, hotels, or transport operators
Loss or damage of luggage and personal belongings
Any natural calamities, political unrest, or force majeure events
All travel is undertaken at the traveler’s own risk.
