Travel Safely: Our Policies & Conditions

1. General Terms

  • Travel i Holidays acts as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.

  • All bookings made through our website or team will be considered final only after full or partial payment is completed.

  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, seasonal demand, currency fluctuation, and supplier terms.

  • The traveler must ensure that all personal details, passport information, and contact details shared with us are accurate.

2. Booking Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

  • For flight bookings, fare is valid only at the moment of quotation. Fares may be subject to change based on availability, seasonal demand, currency fluctuation, and the airline’s terms.

  • Hotel and tour reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • The customer will be notified in case of unavailability, and alternatives will be provided.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments must be made as per the schedule shared by Travel i Holidays.

  • Failure to pay within the given timeline may lead to cancellation of services by suppliers.

  • All payments must be made through approved methods: UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateways, or credit/debit cards.

  • Any additional bank charges or payment gateway fees must be borne by the customer.

4. Documentation

  • The traveler is responsible for providing valid identification, passport, visa documents, and travel insurance where required.

  • Travel i Holidays does not guarantee visa approval; the decision solely lies with the consulate/embassy.

  • No refunds are applicable for visa rejections, unless otherwise stated.

5. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package inclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” will be considered as an additional cost.

  • Special requests (Early check-in/late check-out, room upgrades, meal changes, etc.) depend on availability and may incur extra charges.

6. Refund Policy (Updated with TAT)

6.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • The service has not been initiated by our team.

  • The customer has made a duplicate payment.

  • A service cannot be processed due to reasons attributable to Travel i Holidays.

6.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The application has already been submitted to an embassy/consulate.

  • Delay or rejection is caused by the embassy, travel history, documentation issues, or customer error.

  • The customer cancels the service after it has been partially or fully processed.

6.3 Refund Turnaround Time (TAT)

Once approved, refunds will be processed within:

  • 5–7 business days for online payments

  • 7–10 business days for bank transfers

(Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.)

6.4 How to Request a Refund

Customers may email us at contact@traveli.asia with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order ID / Reference number

  • Reason for refund

  • Payment receipt or transaction details

6.5 Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be returned to the original mode of payment.

7. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes to bookings (dates, hotels, flights, passenger details) are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Amendments requested after confirmation are not guaranteed.

8. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.

  • Travel i Holidays is not liable for any loss, delay, medical emergency, or baggage issues during travel.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Travel i Holidays is not responsible for:

    • Delays or cancellations by airlines, hotels, or transport operators

    • Loss or damage of luggage and personal belongings

    • Any natural calamities, political unrest, or force majeure events

  • All travel is undertaken at the traveler’s own risk.

10. Website Usage

  • All content, images, and material on traveliholidays.com belong to the company and cannot be reproduced without permission.

  • Misuse of content may lead to legal action.
